When FBL Financial Group had to move 165 employees
during a major office renovation, constant communication
was key to reassuring everyone and minimizing disruption.
"We answered their questions no matter how
petty they seemed—whether it was questions
about their parking spot or the coffee machine.
Some of the questions brought up things we
hadn’t thought of, which opened our eyes
to the things that mattered. I think we have
happier people because we listened to them."
